Good news about my latest manuscript: my editor likes it! She’s asked for some medium-sized changes, which is totally cool. I’m excited to dive back in to the story and make it shine.
The tentative release date is October 2010, and I don’t have a book cover or description yet. It’s gritty, sexy suspense with a lot of local flavor. What else can I give you? Character inspirations! Although I don’t usually have actors in mind when I develop my hero and heroine, I’ve thought of a couple who fit the bill.

First up is Jessica Alba. She would be a good match for my heroine, April Ortiz.

And here we have Josh Duhamel, who might resemble my hero. Noah Young is a gang unit police officer in Chula Vista, an urban area of San Diego, very close to the Tijuana border.

Sorry if this one is NSFW. I don’t know how to hide it or whatever. Enjoy!
Awesome - congrats!! And huge thanks for the Josh photos.
Yay you! Can’t wait for another Jill Sorenson book
